Collection Notice (APP 5)
This notice is provided under Australian Privacy Principle 5. It tells you what personal information DataDingo collects about you when you create an account, and what we do with it.
What we collect at signup
- Your email address.
- Your name (optional, if you provide it).
- Authentication metadata (IP address, user-agent, timestamps) recorded by our auth provider, Stytch.
What we collect as you use DataDingo
- API and MCP requests you make (path, status, timestamp).
- OAuth connections you create with LLM clients.
- Credit grants and consumption.
Why we collect it
- To create and secure your account.
- To deliver service messages and billing notifications.
- To meter and bill usage.
- To investigate abuse and respond to legal requests.
Who we share it with
Service providers acting on our behalf: Stytch (auth), Resend (email), Neon (database), Vercel (hosting), Stripe (billing, when enabled). We don’t sell your information.
If you don’t provide it
Email is required to create an account. Without it, we can’t sign you in or send service messages, so we won’t be able to provide the service.
